You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified i8live of any unauthorised access.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on i8live at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under different names, payment methods, or contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. i8live reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and confiscate any associated balances or winings where a multiple-account policy violation is detected.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, i8live requires all Account holders to complete identity verification in accordance with our KYC procedures. Verification typically requires submission of a clear photograph of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or equivalent government-issued identity document, together with a recent selfie. Verification is conducted within 1 to 2 business hours during standard operating periods.
i8live accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX / Online Banking, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT TRC20, BNB BEP20).
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Cryptocurrency deposits must be equivalent to a minimum of MYR 30 at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are credited to your Account instantly upon successful payment confirmation. FPX and bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5to 10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the requisite number of blockchain confirmations, typically within 15 to 30 minutes depending on network conditions.
You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension. i8live reserves the right to request documentary confirmation of payment method ownership at any time.
All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. i8live does not guarantee any specific conversion rate.
i8live is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly for all verified Account holders. The following terms govern all withdrawal transactions.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawal requests to e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified Accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank) may take 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on banking system availability. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times, typically 30 to 60 minutes.

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. i8live reserves the right to require additional verification where a withdrawal to a different method is requested.
i8live offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal bonuses, VIP rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement before the associated winings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to meet the Wagering Requirement before the bonus expiry date will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
Bonuses are available to eligible Account holders only. i8live reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility, modify bonus amounts, or withdraw promotional offers without prior notice. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any attempt to abuse bonus systems, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using irregular betting patterns to exploit Wagering Requirements, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. i8live reserves the right to void bonus funds, withold winings, and permanently close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
A 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus of up to MYR 688 is available on qualifying cryptocurrency deposits. This bonus is subject to applicable Wagering Requirements as specified in the promotion terms. Only deposits made in BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20), or BNB (BEP20) qualify for this offer.
The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on i8live across casino games, live dealer tables, and the sportsbook.
All bets are accepted subject to the availability of sufficient Account balance at the time of placement. i8live reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or odds pricing errors.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on i8live and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit i8live's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
i8live's total aggregate liability to any individual Account holder under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Account holder in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
i8live reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, i8live reserves the right to withold Account balances pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the Account holder via the original payment method used for deposit.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting i8live customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned following successful withdrawal or, where a withdrawal is not possible, via an alternative method determined by i8live.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the i8live platform, i8live and the affected Account holder agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
